We are looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist who is obsessed with the platform.
You shouldn't just "know" YouTube; you must understand the intricate dance between packaging (thumbnails/titles), retention (AVD), and the YouTube algorithm.
While BCM produces incredible video content, we need a specialist to ensure it reaches the audience it deserves.
This role is not about "uploading and praying". It is a strategic, high-impact position for someone who has actually scaled channels, understands the difference between a "good video" and a "good YouTube video", and is ready to experiment aggressively to unlock growth across our diverse portfolio.
You will work at the intersection of Growth, Editorial, and Video, ensuring that our content isn't just great journalism or entertainment but is also packaged and distributed to win on YouTube.
