About the Role

• Reports to Head Maintenance Engineering.
• Is the Lead User and main focal point for Deep Water SAP PM module users
• Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
• Control the use of the SAP PM tool and report on proper use or alert on deviations of use
• Perform weekly / monthly report on SAP PM KPI and use
• Organize and follow up the system data updates as per site modification request processes.
• Define and develop the procedures associated to the use of the system.
• Coordinate all aspects related to the administration of EGINA PM module.
• Organize and follow-up the training of the users for the PM part.
• Coordinate and follow-up with the defined parties, as required, the development, training and use of the MM module for the M&I teams.
• Provides assistance to the M&I teams in that respect.
• Liaise with SAP métier support and the SAP support Centre (Paris / Pau based).
• Coordinate with Métier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
• Participate in Maintenance Engineering Projects coordinated by the DW FOPS entity
• Organize and ensure the support to the PM users.
• Organize, develop, and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
• Initiate and conduct audits on the use of CMIMS by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation to good practices.
• Initiate support service for PM users of Lagos based staff and of EGINA FPSO staff.
• Provide assistance in all areas of competence with regards to M&I works planning, follow-up, reporting and logging
• Coordinate the review of activity backlogs and contribute actively to eliminate it by developing strategies, making recommendations to management and coordinating the all-stake holders to achieve this objective.
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his Hierarchy

Requirements

• Education: BSc / BEng in Engineering
• Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup
• Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools
• Skills required: Good presentation and communication skills.

About the Role

• Support a functional Hotline and ensure the resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of C&P tools.
• Create and maintain a list of contact members in the User Departments and ensure this list is updated regularly
• • Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools
• Coordinate and ensure the regular training and support for external Suppliers on the e-sourcing tool and NIPEX platforms
• Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CCSAP or other external assistance
• Test and validate under custody of Performance & Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools,
• Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes Training, appropriation and controls
• Suggest and prepare after SAP Lead User’s approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions in respect of SC Tools so as to ensure segregation of duties in SAP.
• Coordinate and ensure the regular (re)training of users of all SC Tools and in particular, the training and induction of new users so as to ensure the optimal appropriation and use of these tools.
• Perform regular controls to continuously improve the level of appropriation of SC tools so as to improve affiliates performance in ASAP and related audits (e.g. SOX audits)
• Monitor the general evolution of new technologies and their potential for process improvements
• Check out and prepare resolution for all queries regarding Tools within TUNC Supply Chain.
• The level of activity in the affiliate, the growth of the CPNC Division and other ongoing challenges requires a comprehensive suite of software system to support Supply Chain activities. These include UNISUP, AGORA, esourcing, NIPEX and Excel (Power BI).
• There are approximately 420 Users of the UNISUP Supply Chain module. These users are distributed across several locations and sites and it is the responsibility of the Tools and Support Engineer to ensure Users attain proper appropriation.
• Equally, the Tools and Support Engineer should be able to provide adequate support for UNISUP and other SC tools
• An important aspect of the activity relates to capacity to train and obtain User’s attention, the Tools and Support Engineer must therefore have tuition and diplomatic capabilities.
• To accurately represent business requirements and the configuration of affiliates business processes in the system To be responsible for quality delivery of all training and appropriation related to SC Tools
• To act as liaison between the UNISUP Coordination, the UNISUP MM users and SC Business Process Owner
• To be the Champion for all SC software solutions within the SC business of the affiliate including synergies with other business entity.
• To validate the district’s position on C&P SC tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Second-Class university Degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain discipline plus 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Very good knowledge of C&P SC tools including UNISUP, Planning tools, e-sourcing tools & NipeX, in addition to other Business & Computing tools
• Computer literacy is mandatory and paramount on and off the job,
• Microsoft EXCEL Proficiency is highly important and job holder must be able to write Macros.
• Must have risk-based audit experience.
• Must be able to perform financial and non-financial audit.
• Must be able to facilitate LEAN Methodology
• Must have Microsoft Power Point presentation Proficiency.

About the Role

• Participate to the identification of Integrity Threats, risk assessment processes and processes to proffer resolution with concerned entity, i.e., Field Operations, Drilling & Wells, Engineering Construction and Project, Technical Logistics and General Administration.
• Prepare and follow up all technical integrity KPIs; especially KPI MRT. Trend progress and performance evolution and issue monthly report.
• Assist the Technical Integrity Manager in Life of Project (LOP) Cost arbitration for identified MITs + JV Longterm MIT Action Plan follow up.
• Engage in repair selection concept and track resolution (in time and budget).
• Participate in TRA risk reduction workshops and follow up on Action Plans.
• Co-ordinate Safety and Environment Critical Element (SECE) implementation project and verification as custodian of the database.
• Liaise with Asset owners for any independent Verification of Asset SECEs Tasks/Campaigns.
• Interface with nominated SECE guardians for follow-up on SECEs performance improvement.
• Participate to as well as co-ordinate induction processes of newly appointed SECE Guardians for JV-Assets.
• Maintain, communicate and report on overview of the maintenance and inspection as well as general facilities (including wells) integrity inspection/tests plan status and backlogs, ensuring that this is regularly communicated and discussed with the JV Asset Management in a timely manner.
• Ensure implementation of major integrity REX on the JV sites.
• Represent Company in the absence of the Technical Integrity Manager in engagement with authorities, other Oil, Gas and Energy operators and partners on subjects related to Technical Integrity and Major Risks.
• Develop and sustain strategy for Technical Integrity communications on JV Assets.
• Co-ordinate meetings and discussions with other technical integrity stakeholder departments for action follow up.
• Interface with site on Technical Integrity campaigns/projects (site visits).
• Work toward harmonization of reporting processes between the JV Assets and Technical Integrity & Major Risk Team for reporting and integrity
• Initiate and conduct annual audit plan for JV Integrity Management System and follow-up audit actions for performance improvement.
• Act as focal point for any major accident investigation and CTA for JV Assets.
• Participates with other entities and/or disciplines to external audits such as OPERSAFE, HAZID, HAZOP, PTR, ISO 50001, 1400, etc

Requirements

• A relevant Engineering Degree preferably in Corrosion Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Experienced Engineer with minimum of 10 years working knowledge in exploration and production industry.
• Good knowledge of the Company’s HSE and Operations referential as well as awareness of Company’s inhouse tools: SAP, SYNERGI etc.
