    Production Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Pharmacist to ensure that our production and manufacturing operations meet the highest compliance standards, including WHO GMP, National Regulatory Authority Standards (NAFDAC, PCN, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity
    • This role is essential in ensuring product availability and quality, meeting the needs of Pharma Sales, marketing, and contract manufacturers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Obtain batch manufacturing records for planned production activities in collaboration with the Production Foreman and other Sectional/Unit Heads.
    • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP guidelines for all manufacturing and cleaning operations, working closely with Production Supervisors and Sectional/Unit Heads.
    • Participate in batch production reviews for both in-house and Toll-manufactured products.
    • Contribute to the creation of batch production records, SOPs, and other quality-related documentation as required, in coordination with Sectional/Unit Heads.
    • Participate in qualification and validation activities within the R&D department.
    • Collaborate on new projects and product development with the R&D Manager and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment in the Production department, in conjunction with Sectional/Unit Heads, Production Manager, and the Engineering department.
    • Collect monthly production output data and other productivity reports as assigned by the Production Manager, in cooperation with other Sectional/Unit Heads and Supervisors in the department.
    • Participate in internal self-inspections (GMP and ISO Quality Audit).
    • Engage in quarterly and end-of-year stock counts in the Production department, working alongside Supervisors and other Sectional Heads.
    • Approve instructions related to Oral Dosage forms production operations, including in-process controls, and ensure their strict implementation.
    • Represent the department in QMS and cGMP activities.
    • Coordinate QMS and cGMP documentation, implementation, and audit-related activities within the department.
    • Share information on QMS and cGMP implementation with other staff in the department.
    • Develop and implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action Plans for identified gaps (non-conformances) during inspections and ensure their resolution.
    • Provide support to external auditors during compliance reviews.
    • Participate in internal audits, contribute to report writing, and make presentations at monthly meetings as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree qualification
    • 4-6 years of proven work experience as a production Pharmacist /Quality Assurance
    • Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands, etc.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
    • Good organizing skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

    On-Site Tyre Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Understand and verify the work of the on-site tyre engineer
    • Supervise and assist the on-site tyre engineer's work
    • Obtain and verify accurate information (review)
    • Obtain accurate company organizational structure and contact person’s information
    • Conduct at least 2 face to face meetings with key individuals
    • To display/demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ADVANCE TYRE, market position, price range, service life(durability), brand value
    • To obtain the customer's situation and needs (financial situation, loans, and other details, payment terms of downstream enterprises, procurement plans, previous partners, and the attitude of cooperation with each other, etc.)
    • Identify and establish contact with decision-makers, leave a deep impression and present brand value
    • Skilled use of depth gauge, pressure gauge and other tools, and creating Tyre management forms for target customers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or above is preferred
    • Experience should not be less than 4 years
    • A good business-oriented and entrepreneur.
    • Have a certain understanding of the transport industry, Tyre industry, oil and gas industry, container, and construction.
    • Have a certain understanding of mathematical and financial basis
    • Good communication skills and hard-working
    • Have contact/connection with some resources people in the industries (Construction/Oil &
    • Gas, Haulage & Logistics) such as NNPC, AA RANO, BOVAS, TSL, Julius Berger etc.
    • Have very good social connections, including but not limited to religious organizations, business clubs, elite clubs, or good personal relationships with large companies.
    • Have a good management experience.

    Junior Accountant (Festac)

    Description 

    • We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
    • You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work.
    • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.

    Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

    • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

    Requirements

    • Fresh Graduate as a junior accountant
    • 0 - 2 years work experience.
    • Excellent organizing abilities
    • Great attention to detail
    • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
    • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
    • BSc / B.A in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

    Lab Technician for Site Test FDD

    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for conducting various construction material tests on-site to ensure they comply with project specifications and industry standards.
    • You will play a vital role in supporting quality control and contributing to the success of construction projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Collect, prepare, and test soil, asphalt, and concrete samples according to FDD (Foundation Design Data) and relevant construction standards.
    • Perform field tests to assess material properties such as permeability and strength.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
    • Input test data into computer systems and generate reports.
    • Assist with the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to laboratory safety protocols.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Civil Engineering, Geography, Geology, Soil Science or relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a construction laboratory setting.
    • Proven experience in conducting soil, asphalt, and concrete testing.
    • Strong understanding of FDD (Foundation Design Data) and relevant construction codes and standards.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in the use of computers and laboratory software.
