    Production Supervisor

    Responsibilites:

    • Supervise the operations of an assigned production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
    • Ensure physical and workforce resources meet the shift's production schedule.
    • Manage the activities of assigned production personnel including workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
    • Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel or functions.
    • Execute a mentorship approach in developing shift leads and high-potential personnel.
    • Execute Company-wide initiatives and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in or any relevant field
    • Living around Ota and its environs
    • Use Microsoft word and office machines
    • Self-motivated and hardworking.

    Data Engineer

    Responsibilites

    • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
    • Analyze and organize raw data.
    • Build data systems and pipelines to evaluate business needs and objectives and Interpret trends and patterns.
    • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
    • Build algorithms and prototypes to Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / nonfunctional business requirements.
    • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
    • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
    • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
    • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with datarelated technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field; a Master’s is a plus,
    • Data engineering certification is a plus
    • Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
    • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
    • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
    • Hands-on experience with SQL database design
    • Great numerical and analytical skills
    • Minimum 3-5 years as a data engineer or in a similar role

    Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilites

    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Requirements

    • People-oriented and results-driven Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Degree in Human Resources or a related field HR certification is an added advantage
    • 10-12 years of working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in Manufacturing, preferably Mattress and Foam Manufacturing
