• Minimum of OND/NCE in Agriculture. Business. or related field

Qualification & ResponSblities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Agriculture. Development Studies. or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program management
• Experience working in agriculture, rural development, or youth-focused programs
• Familiarity with donor-funded project environments is an advantage
• Strong project planning and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project tracking tools and digital reporting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability in field environments
• High level Of accountability and attention to detail

Qualification & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics. Economics, Development Studies, or related field
• 4-7 years experience in MEL for donor- funded development programs
• Proficiency with data collection tools in KoboToolbox. ODK, SurveyCTO
• Proficiency in data tools Power 3, Tableau. Excel(advanced)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Proven experience working on youth employment, agriculture, or gender-focused programs
• Knowledge Of logframe design and results- based management (RBM)
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
