- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Quartication & Responsbilities
- Minimum of OND/NCE in Agriculture. Business. or related field
- Experience in sales, extension services. or community engagement
- Experience working in rural or semi-urban communities
- Basic knowledge of agriculture and farm inputs
- Understanding of energy-efficient agricultural technologies (PUE) is an advantage
- Ability to use mobile tools (smartphones, USSD, apps) for data collection and reporting
- Basic sales and customer engagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and community-oriented
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Problem-solving and adaptability in field conditions
