Qualification & ResponSblities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Agriculture. Development Studies. or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program management
• Experience working in agriculture, rural development, or youth-focused programs
• Familiarity with donor-funded project environments is an advantage
• Strong project planning and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project tracking tools and digital reporting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability in field environments
• High level Of accountability and attention to detail
