    Engineering - Wellwork Supervisor III

    Main Function

    • Provides planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representative at the wellhead platform to support the safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover or well intervention and related plans.
    • Is the primary contact for execution readiness and directly supervises Service Partner personnel at all stages of the operations.
    • When offshore, supports Wellwork Coordinator with in-field information to ensure Service Partner personnel work accomplishment, execution needs, logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Internal: Immediate work group and interfaces with engineering teams • External: Work effectively with Service Partners, PIC, Projects and Maintenance reps in SIMOPS area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events
    • Responsible for communicating oi Systems - oi, Wellwork Integrity Management System
    • WIMS and Work Management System
    • WMS expectations on the job site
    • Responsible for troubleshooting new/evolving issues to determine root cause (including non-routine failures)
    • Monitors wellwork operations to provide feedback and input to the Wellwork Coordinator and Operations Superintendent to ensure procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed
    • Responsible for assisting Engineering team in development and evaluation of wellwork procedures / programs for execution feasibility and completeness.
    • Responsible for ensuring all applicable procedures are followed as approved and utilizes management of change processes if changes are required • Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports
    • Influence and interface with Engineering Team with emphasis on providing an understanding of operational and business risks
    • Support QA/QC team with inspection of service partner equipment in preparation for field mobilization
    • Verify all equipment/supplies received are as ordered and specified in wellwork program and all inspections are up to date
    • Verify equipment rig-up and testing are according to Company standards. Review and validate function and pressure testing of BOP Equipment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve work processes. Capture and submit all Lessons Learned
    • Write detailed handovers notes for review with oncoming supervisor
    • Mentor / coach early career and less experienced WellWork Supervisors, Production Operators and Engineers
    • Coordinate, develop and deliver formal training as required
    • Supports onsite surveillance requirements for the execution operation
    • Interfaces with engineering to ensure understanding of wellwork objectives and procedural requirements
    • Perform relief duties as Wells Operations Superintendent (as required)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years’ industry experience including wellwork supervisory roles for wellwork, workover, rigless intervention or hydraulic workover unit operations
    • Prior experience working for an operator or slickline, coiled tubing or wireline service provider
    • Hold current certification for Well Control

    Operations - Drilling Logistics Lead III

    Main Functions:

    • The Drilling Logistics Supervisor, as part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, has overall responsibilities for providing logistical and materials management services.
    • Manages the day-to-day logistical business, including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations.
    • The drilling supervisor works under the day to day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country, and is responsible to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment / tools / materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.
    • Maintains appropriate and safe storage of the Company's owned drilling equipment / tools and ensures timely replenishment through purchase / fabrication / repairs by contracted companies.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Associates Degree plus formal training mechanical trades.
    • Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
    • Experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
    • Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region
    • Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
    • Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration
    • Strong analytical and communication skills; Good interpersonal / team skills
    • Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
    • Must be proficient in the use of computers and possess excellent administrative and organizational competencies.

    Projects - Construction Superintendent II

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the day-to-day field operations for the assigned crafts and subcontractors.
    • A typical scope of responsibility would be Field Superintendent or Area Superintendent.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 tasks, a Level 2 Construction Superintendent will:

    • Understand and execute assigned construction tasks within the project scope
    • Understand and interpret plans and specifications
    • Successfully execute projects within contracted schedule and budget
    • Work with multi-discipline engineering teams monitoring and controlling scope, schedule and budget
    • Manage field crews and operation and maintenance of earthwork equipment
    • Respond to field and client information requests
    • Champion Worker Safety Programs
    • Oversee site contractor fabrication, construction, and hookup work activities during Execution Phase
    • Serve as member of the Project Team (PT) when project assigned
    • Provide the interface between the work face and the Construction Site Manager or Construction Site Lead

    • Experience in-field Construction planning, execution, and completions
    • Willing to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites
    • Past Construction Superintendent experience on major capital project
    • Familiar with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards

    Engineering - Drilling Project OI Advisor III

    Job Description
    Maim Functions:

    • The Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues.
    • The Advisor serves as a contact for SSHE issues related to Drilling Project-based activities, executing initiatives, developing and executing programs/plans, and responding to requests and questions from the drill team.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide Company SSHE representation for the project, in addition to rig sites and rig move and transport operations ensuring full communication of concerns, activities and initiatives
    • Develop and maintain site orientation/induction program
    • Develop programs, plans, initiatives, e.g. Operations SSHE Plan, Drill Team SSHE Leadership Forums, Site Stewardship Plans, Emergency Management Plan, etc.
    • Monitor contractor/service partner compliance with all Company Drilling SSHE requirements and specifically the Drill Team/Rig “Operations Safety Plan”, advising contractor/service partner and Operations Superintendents of SSHE issues
    • Conduct oi System (oi) Compliance audits 
    • Provide support to rig sites/locations in the event of an incident with regards to reporting, advice on mitigation and prevention methods, etc.
    • Develop and maintain safety related training for contractor work crews 
    • Facilitate regular SSHE inspection, assessments and audit on-site in accordance with established Company SSHE programs or as requested by the site team
    • Monitor the safety performance of the sites and report non-conformance
    • Monitor Company safety awareness, recognition and incentive programs Review and coordinate site contractor’s SSHE plans
    • Participate as required in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents
    • Facilitate the Drill Team SSHE safety steering committees
    • Identify trends to develop programs and/or initiatives to promote an injury free work environment
    • Conduct rig inspections with Operations Superintendent and Rig Safety Advisor

    Engineering - Materials Lead III

    Main Function

    • The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.

    Operations - Field Operator III

    Main Functions

    • Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security • Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings
    • Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions
    • Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities
    • Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service
    • Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity
    • Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning
    • Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel

    • Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
    • Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities

    • Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations
    • Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations
    • Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed

    Requirements

    • Completed secondary education and worked previously as a Field Technician.

    Documentation Specialist I

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for all aspects of document control within the assigned project scope.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Implement the Information Management Plan, and supporting document control procedures
    • Comply with Company Records Management Program
    • Comprehend and enforce the Information Management sections of Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders
    • Perform quality checks on Engineering and Supplier deliverables (Doc number, title, revision, date etc.) comply with project requirements. Report deficiencies to Information Management Lead
    • Confirm existence and ensure suitability as well as accuracy of Master Document Registers (MDRs), Supplier Master Document Registers (SMDRs), and Document Distribution Matrixes (DDMs) and upgrade and maintain as required to meet project document management needs.
    • Ensure contractor and supplier documentation deliverables meet contract requirements by performing quality checks for compliance, and initiating corrective actions and report deficiencies to Information Management Lead
    • Report progress on completion of deliverables, issue look ahead, and overdue reports
    • Actively participate in project meetings and anticipate information management needs
    • Prepare training materials and conduct project Information Management workshops with the Project Team (PT)
    • Train clerical staff in handling of Contractor, Supplier and PT generated documentation in accordance with overall Information Management Plan and supporting project procedures
    • Routinely conduct gap analysis of Contractor Document Control Procedures against Company requirements, document results, and make recommendations for upgrades
    • Identify differences between Contractor's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Company EDMS (UDOCS), and share results with Project Information Management Lead and Common Skill Center
    • Conduct quarterly assessments of Contractor's Document Control processes; document results, and raise concerns to Project Information Management Lead
    • Validate Contractor provided deliverables and associated MDR/SMDR metadata to support data transfer to Company EDMS
    • Support Company Documents For Operations (DFO) Coordinator and Project Information Management Lead as required
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency on stewarded projects

    Skills and Qualifications

    • University Degree is desirable with preference for technical disciplines
    • Experience in areas of operations and/or project technical support, including working experience with document management, and IT systems and tools
    • Strong written communication skills including proven ability to create procedures and presentations as well as routine interactions with Project teams
    • Working knowledge of Information Management requirements across all project phases
    • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
    • High proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures
    • Comments for Suppliers: Personnel with experience in reprographics, Microsoft Office Tools including MS-Access will be an added advantage.
