A leading Real Estate Company in Lagos with notable presence in Mass Housing Development requires applications for the position of Land Surveyor.

• Applicants must possess HND/Degree in Land Survey.
• Valid certification in Land Survey is an added advantage.
• Applicants shoud be able to lead the land survey efforts of Mass Housing Project construction.

Job Responsiibility will include but not limited to the followings:

• Ensure appropriate survey is carried out to specifications on land and roads.
• Create topographic and site surveys for development and design of building and roads.
• Break large expance of land into smaller portions of plots, acres and hectares.
• Write description of property boundary surveys for use in deeds and other legal documents.
