    Lab Manager/Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, testing, and reporting.
    • Ensure accurate analysis of samples (e.g., crude oil, drilling fluids, water, chemicals).
    • Implement and maintain quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) systems.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, API).
    • Supervise and develop laboratory staff, including training and performance management.
    • Review and approve laboratory test results and reports.
    • Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functionality.
    • Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
    • Enforce strict HSE policies and safe laboratory practices.
    • Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    • 5–10+ years’ laboratory experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial environment.
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods (e.g., ASTM, API standards).
    • Experience with QA/QC systems and laboratory accreditation (e.g., ISO 17025 preferred).
    • Familiarity with oil & gas laboratory analysis (crude assay, fluid testing, water analysis).

    Diving Supervisor / Divers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform subsea inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on pipelines, structures, and subsea equipment.
    • Carry out underwater welding, cutting, and rigging activities as required.
    • Support installation of subsea structures, umbilicals, and pipelines.
    • Conduct pre-dive safety checks and ensure all diving equipment is in good working condition.
    • Follow diving plans, procedures, and instructions from the Diving Supervisor.
    • Monitor and report underwater conditions, hazards, and task progress.
    • Maintain accurate dive logs and operational reports.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and international diving safety standards.
    • Participate in emergency drills and safety briefings.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Certified Commercial Diver (IMCA or equivalent recognized certification).
    • Valid diving medical certificate.
    • Relevant offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
    • Proven experience in offshore diving operations (air or saturation diving).
    • Experience in subsea construction, inspection, or IMR projects.

    QA / QC Lab Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor vessel positions, movements, and operational status.
    • Ensure compliance with marine safety standards, port regulations, and company HSE policies.
    • Support mobilization and demobilization of vessels and offshore equipment.
    • Maintain accurate marine logs, reports, and documentation.
    • Coordinate emergency response and contingency plans related to marine operations.
    • Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders (clients, contractors, port authorities).

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Studies, Nautical Science, Engineering, or related fields
    • 3 - 7 years’ experience in marine coordination within oil & gas or offshore logistics.
    • Strong knowledge of marine vessel operations (PSV, AHTS, barges, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Nigerian maritime regulations and offshore logistics environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marine tracking/logistics systems.
    • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are an advantage.

    Deck Crew Member

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in loading, unloading, and securing cargo and equipment on deck.
    • Support mooring, anchoring, and towing operations.
    • Handle ropes, wires, chains, and rigging equipment safely.
    • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the deck and vessel.
    • Assist with crane operations and deck lifting activities as directed.

    Subsea Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the design, engineering, and execution of subsea projects (e.g., pipelines, risers, umbilicals, subsea structures).
    • Plan and oversee subsea installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
    • Interface with offshore teams (ROV, diving, vessel crew) to ensure smooth operations.
    • Prepare engineering documents including procedures, method statements, and technical reports.
    • Review and interpret subsea drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

    • Strong knowledge of subsea systems (pipelines, SURF, trees, manifolds, umbilicals).
    • Experience with offshore operations (installation, IMR, or construction support).
    • Familiarity with industry standards (API, ISO, DNV).
    • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, Offshore Medical) are an advantage.
