    Junior Graphics Designer

    About The Role

    We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to grow within a fast moving fintech environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital design, and brand consistency, and who wants to contribute to campaigns that reach millions of users.

    • You will support the creative team in producing high-quality visual assets across marketing campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and print, while maintaining Moniepoint’s brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and art directors, taking direction and learning how strong design drives business impact in financial services. This is a hands-on role with room to experiment, learn, and refine your craft while working on real, high-visibility projects.

    What You’ll Get To Do

    • Design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.
    • Apply and maintain Moniepoint’s brand guidelines, including typography, colour, and layout systems.

    To succeed in this role, we think you should have

    • 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; After Effects is a plus).
    • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, hierarchy and branding.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
    • Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

    API & Database Auditor

    Role Overview

    • The API & SQL Database Auditor is responsible for assessing the design, security, reliability, and compliance of application programming interfaces (APIs) and relational database systems. This role evaluates how data is accessed, processed, stored, and protected across applications, ensuring adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

    Key Responsibilities
    Audit & Compliance

    • Audit of Application Program Interfaces Security Controls.
    • Audit REST, GraphQL, and internal APIs for governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Audit of Database Security Controls (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) for data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
    • Assess compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
    • Evaluate API versioning, lifecycle management, and deprecation controls.

    Security & Risk Assessment

    • Identify risks related to authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and input validation.

    Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Front-end Engineer is required to produce and implement functional software solutions for web clients. You will be using the react js application framework.
    • Experience with these frameworks is an added advantage but you can apply if you have experience with similar J.S frameworks. You will work with the Enterprise Architect to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
    • In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.     Role Overview

    • The Team Lead DevOps and API Audit is responsible for leading a technical team that oversees DevOps practices, cloud and container security, and the security, governance, and compliance of REST, GraphQL, and internal APIs.The role ensures that systems and APIs are designed, deployed, and operated in accordance with organizational standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities
    DevOps Leadership

    • Plan and Lead the Audit of DevOps and security engineering Projects
    • Coordinate the audit and review of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation
    • Ensure secure configuration and operation of cloud, container, and orchestration platforms (e.g. Harness, Docker, Kubernetes)
