    Junior Credit Officer

    Job Summar

    • We are hiring a detail-oriented Junior Credit Officer to support receivables management and collections activities across the organization.
    • This role plays a key part in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall credit control processes.
    • You will work closely with the Credit & Collections function and Sales team to monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, and help reduce overdue balances while maintaining good customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the monitoring of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
    • Assist in preparing and updating receivables aging reports
    • Conduct routine calls, emails, and messages to customers for payment reminders
    • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
    • Support credit checks and documentation for new and existing customers
    • Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
    • Work with Sales Representatives to track and follow up on overdue accounts
    • Escalate long outstanding debts or high-risk accounts to senior management
    • Ensure proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and credit agreements
    • Support compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections
    • Basic understanding of trade credit and receivables management
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up consistently
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

    Shoe Care Technician (Sneaker Cleaning & Restoration)

    Role Overview

    • The Shoe Care Technician is responsible for the professional cleaning, restoration, and maintenance of sneakers and footwear.
    • This role ensures every item is handled with care, follows standard operating procedures, and meets high-quality standards while supporting smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sneaker Cleaning & Care:

    • Clean and maintain sneakers and footwear
    •  Handle materials such as leather, suede, nubuck, mesh, canvas, and synthetics
    • Remove stains, dirt, odours, and marks without damage
    • Perform sole cleaning, midsole detailing, lace care, and inner lining treatment
    • Escalate items requiring advanced treatment

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect items before and after cleaning
    • Prevent damage, colour bleeding, or deformation
    • Report pre-existing damage before service
    • Maintain consistent quality

    Workflow & Turnaround:

    • Manage tasks to meet turnaround timelines
    • Tag, track, and organize customer items
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

    Equipment & Supplies:

    • Use tools and products responsibly
    • Clean and maintain equipment after us
    • Report low stock or faulty tools

    Team Collaboration & Support:

    • Work with technicians and front-desk staff
    • Provide technical input when needed
    • Support during peak and high-volume periods

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Experience in shoe care, laundry, or hands-on technical roles (e.g., tailoring, detailing, cleaning)
    • Familiarity with sneaker materials is an advantage
    • Training will be provided
