    Junior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Enter financial transactions into the ERP system.
    • Perform weekly reconciliation of account ledgers.
    • Create asset codes for all fixed assets.
    • Prepare monthly Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) schedules with explanatory notes.
    • Review capital work in progress and capitalize assets as necessary.
    • Calculate and run monthly depreciation charges, ensuring accuracy.
    • Maintain the Fixed Assets register and conduct monthly reconciliation of PPE.
    • Tag fixed assets chronologically and ensure timely updates.
    • Generate cost center reports.
    • Analyze payment and disbursement queries to identify capital expenditure.
    • Manage the transfer of equipment disposal and other fixed asset movements.
    • Conduct yearly physical asset verification.
    • Perform monthly stock valuation.
    • Execute monthly/quarterly stock counts and generate variance reports.
    • Make appropriate provisions upon approval.
    • Manage operations account and petty cash.
    • Review monthly intercompany and related party general ledgers for accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
    • Undertake other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • BSc or HND in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

    Junior IT Officer

    Description

    • The IT officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. He/She will ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources. Also will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

    Functions

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
    • Provide guidance and support.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
    • Reporting identified safety hazards to the food safety team.

    • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of IT systems and data in the event of disruptions or disasters.
    • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to IT, data privacy, and security.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and training materials to support IT operations, troubleshooting, and user training.

    Requirements

    • BSc. / HND Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
    • 2-3 years’ experience in IT management.
    • Strong technical expertise in IT systems, networks, security, and infrastructure.
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

    Accountant / Finance Officer

    Requirements

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (Preferably)
    • Should have experience on Export of Agri commodities and import.
    • Must have good Accounting (Preferable for D-365 ERP experienced) & excel knowledge
    • knowledge on Banking procedures on Export and import side (like NXP, Form M, Form A..etc).
