    Retail Tac Engineer

    Educational Qualifications:  

    • BEng Computer Engineering, BEng Electrical Electronics or any IT related degree. (2.2/ Upper Credit Minimum)
    • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate); CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
    • MSc involving Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics or similar fields
    • Industry Certifications in AWS, CISSP, CCDP, CCNP, and CCIE

    Purpose of the Job

    The Retail Tac Engineer is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery to the customers andensure customer satisfaction for all new services and support related service. He will have the responsibility of contributing towards the research, design and implementation of functionality that will propel ipNX products and market-leading solution to the next level. Also, he is to Provide technical support through collaborative partnership to deliver high quality and reliable network performance.

    Functional Skills:

    • Customer centric and stakeholders management
    • Good LAN/WAN network design and implementation skills
    • Ability to solve complex problems in the shortest available time using honed analytical skills
    • Good interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and members of team
    • Design and analytical troubleshooting of LAN, WAN network and Internet-data architecture with good knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP etc)
    • Good knowledge of installation and configuration of core network devices and its relevant integration to the network (LAN, MAN & WAN)
    • Ability to use network monitoring/optimization devices(software/hardware) to proffersolutions to network related problem and optimize network performance where necessary
    • Ability to confidently communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization
    • Extensive technical knowledge deploying and managing network and infrastructure environment
    • Well organized, articulate and has numerate skills
    • Knowledge of network hardware configuration and management, including routers, firewalls, switches etc.
    • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
    • Have an entrepreneurial spirit

    Retail Engineering Graduate Trainee

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Academic: (B.Eng) Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Related Discipline
    • Professional: CCNA, Linux Fundamentals, Python

    Requirements

    Direct Sales Executive

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • HND Engineering / Computer Science / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
    • Understanding of communications Network, Experience in a b2b, B2C sales environment; field sales, consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets.
    • Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting.
    • Good Microsoft office suite competence.
    • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

    Purpose of the Job (Brief)

    The Direct sales executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales increase of all ipNX retail products (FOS) within the territory he works in. She/he must recruit new subscribers through personal engagement and follow up. The DSE must be able to develop relationships with Estate managers, facility managers and any key stakeholder. DSE’s must be able to win back churned customers and re-build broken relationships.

    Key Activities

    • The DSE must maintain and grow a pipeline of potential subscribers. This pipeline report must be submitted on a weekly basis.
    • Must carry out route mapping to identify potential and existing customers with given territory
    • Must be able to maintain a good working relationshipwith Team Lead and other DSE’s.
    • Must be polite at all times to customers and report any customer feedback during weekly meetings.
    • Must be present at all sales trainings and weekly meetings.
    • Must abide by the ipNX policies and standards when on ipNX premises and in dealing with customers.

    Experience Center Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Can drive understanding and engagement with the customer.
    • Respond to queries, customers need and rendering before and after sales service.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi task
    • Escalating all issues that can’t be solved at experience center to appropriate department or Supervisor and also follow up on such cases.
    • Build and maintain client relationships and internal communication flows.
    • Handle sales Transactions.
    • Prepare and daily/monthly reports.
    • Be key touch point (point of contact) for all customer-facing business functions, e.g. customer acquisition and retention.
    • Able to give and receive feedback effectively.
    • Creative and detail oriented and highly motivated team player.
    • Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email. Knowledge of Internet/ Intranets
