Job Description

• We are looking for a domestic Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our top executives.
• Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements and skills

• Culinary school diploma preferred
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

• We are looking for an experienced plumber to install, maintain and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• You will also be required to design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes.

Plumber Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Preparing cost estimates.

Plumber Requirements

• Trade School Diploma or completed apprenticeship.
• 5+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Physical dexterity.

Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to help us install, maintain and repair heating/cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary.
• HVAC Technician responsibilities include performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals.
• Ultimately, you will work to ensure their HVAC units run smoothly at all times and perform necessary installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Discuss various options when it comes to heating and cooling systems
• Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances
• Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work
• Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric and pneumatic controls, and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy usage
• Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems
• Utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturer’s files and other record keeping
• Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor
• Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers, reciprocating chillers, 250 ton centrifugal and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, and various heat exchangers
• Must perform duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with strong a background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems
• Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems

Requirements and Skills

• Certification or Associate's Degree from an HVAC program at a technical school
• Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Required state licensing for HVAC technicians
• Must be based in Abuja
