    Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

    Overall Job Description

    • To provide high-level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
    • Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
    • Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
    • Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems
    • ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met.
    • To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.
    • To set upmeetingsrequired by the CEOby drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points.
    • Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
    • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

    Finance and Administration Officer

    Job Profile

    • Preparing the budget along with the Project Manager
    • Establish a separate bank account
    • Cash receipt and disbursement
    • Procurement responsibility – furniture, medicine
    • Salary payment of staff – payroll preparation
    • Monitoring budget performance and advising the project manager
    • Keeps daily financial records (hard copy and soft copy)
    • Monthly and quarterly financial reports
    • Maintain project inventory
    • Monthly bank reconciliation
    • Filing system (soft and hard copy) including photo documenting.

    • Minimum 2 years work experience in financial and administrative management or related field

    Outreach Worker / Field Worker

    Job Profile

    • Ability to Carry out outreach in communities
    • Develop relationships with Key informants
    • Follow up with clients and family
    • Provide daily basic feedback on outreach to PM
    • Participate in community engagement
    • Assist in community mapping
    • Establish Community Advisory Committees wherever possible

    Qualifications / Skills

    • Ability to read and write
    • Ability to communicate effectively – local language
    • 2 years minimum of not using drugs
    • Should be from the local community
    • Should be a good communicator
    • Outreach workers should be recovering drug users
