    Business Acquisition Specialist

    Responsibilities
    B2B Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of logistics services across various industries.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and untapped segments.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met effectively.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for business clients.

    Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of Whoosh NG’s logistics solutions to prospective clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new B2B clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.

    Data and Reporting

    • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on client acquisition metrics.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with B2B acquisition goals.
    • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to support product development and service enhancements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
    • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving results.
    • Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.

    Growth & User Acquisition Specialist

    Responsibilities
    As our Growth and User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding WhooshNG’s reach and impact by:
    Developing and Executing Growth Strategies:

    • Creating and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identifying and prioritizing new customer segments, channels, and market opportunities.
    • Launching growth-driven campaigns to increase website traffic and customer conversions.
    • Continuously monitoring and optimizing initiatives for measurable success.

    Driving User Acquisition

    • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing).
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content.
    • Building strategic partnerships with vendors, agents, and influencers to expand WhooshNG’s presence.
    • Analyzing acquisition funnels to identify and implement improvements.

    Leveraging Data for Insights

    • Interpreting user data to understand behavior, preferences, and trends.
    • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine growth strategies.
    • Utilizing data insights to enhance marketing campaigns and overall user experience.

    Boosting Retention and Engagement

    • Implementing retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, personalized messaging, and special offers.
    • Collaborating with customer support to resolve pain points and enhance satisfaction.
    • Developing targeted strategies to increase repeat usage and minimize churn.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partnering with product, operations, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.
    • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution.

    What You Bring

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience
