    Completions Project Engineer

    Job Identification: 106094

    Description

    • The Completions Project Engineer will support project execution tasks for production optimization projects for our domestic and international oil and gas customers such that they are completed on time and within budgets.
    • Provide technical guidance and quality checks on the work performed by junior engineers. 

    Responsibilities
    Operations:

    • Provide technical inputs to marketing, R&D, documentation services, QA and product engineers based on customer interaction feedback and suggestions on product enhancements. 
    • To support the management of the project to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints, whilst managing stakeholder expectations. 
    • To support management to ensure the technical requirements per customer specifications are met by our solution. Propose technical solutions on the non-compliant requirements.
    • To support management on capturing the inputs required for progress reports on engineering and software development efforts. 
    • Responsible for providing overall technical support for configuration development, FAT, iFAT, SAT and commissioning efforts. 
    • Expectation to work regularly from the client’s office, maintaining a visible and engaged presence with key stakeholders and teams.

    Experience & Education Required

    Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Application Engineer

    Description

    • The Application Engineer is accountable for the technical and commercial success of assigned customer accounts and projects.
    • Acting as the primary customer-facing focal point, the Applications Engineer owns the design, modelling, and delivery of work scopes, ensuring technical integrity, accurate forecasting, and profitable outcomes.
    • In addition to engineering responsibilities, the role is responsible for maximizing commercial return on customer accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring contract compliance.

    Responsibilities
    Operations:

    • Lead design and simulation of assigned jobs.
    • Provide pre-job technical reviews and post-job reports to customers.
    • Complete internal PEER review, briefs and de-briefs as per service design standards.
    • Collaborate with Operations Supervisors to ensure jobs are executable and resourced effectively.
