    Marketers / Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • The right candidates will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue reports forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Generation of Sales leads.
    • Meeting & exceeding sales goals
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
    • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
    • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understand and promote company programs.
    • Obtain cheque deposits from new and existing clients
    • Follow up and deliver sales contracts to clientsVisit prospects and potential clients to ascertain their real estate needspromote brand products and services.
    • Maintaining client records.Attend to client inquiry on brand , products, prices, etcMeet the brand monthly set target

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Public Relations or related field
    • Experience in sales.with 3-4 years experience an added advantage.
    • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • Commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb interpersonal skills
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
    • Competency in use of microsoft applications including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.

    Human Resource Manager

    Job Description

    • The right Candidates will be in charge of managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

    Responsibilities

    • Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.• Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
    • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
    • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
    • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
    • Collaborating with other managers in the business, sometimes internationally, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
    • Partnering with senior operational staff including the Managing director, to establish and roll-out people-related strategy.
    • Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
    • Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams.• Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
    • Leading new starter company inductions.
    • Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future.
    • Overseeing training and development of employees.
    • Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes.
    • Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
    • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
    • Knowledge of payroll management.
    • Knowledge of Labour Relations.
    • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
    • Knowledge of employment legislations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
