    Project Manager & Performance Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with the Head of Business Performance on a daily basis
    • Lead assigned teams through the Scrum Ceremonies and target setting exercises
    • Keep meetings fun but productive while maintaining professionalism
    • Maintain work tickets and project roadmaps within Clickup
    • Coordinate with Directly Responsible Individuals
    • Communicate with Stakeholders when necessary
    • Reporting any impediments or blockers
    • Generate standard scrum reports and logs
    • Take part in Scrum of Scrums and Management Syncs
    • Improve the processes where improvable and document the changes

    Desired Experience & Style

    • 3+ years of project management experience in a software engineering company with a continuous delivery culture
    • Scrum Master Certification -or- Experience in Scrum Master Role
    • Experience with Agile and Software Development Lifecycles
    • Experience with Clickup, or a similarly full featured project management team
    • Data-driven but flexible and creative, bonus if you have SQL skills
    • Helped release at least 1 professional digital product that was publicly published
    • Ability to work on a team
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Able to learn quickly and adapt to variant situations
    • Able to take criticism but courage to speak wisdom to superiors

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Engage in cold calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange customer meetings.
    • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, including high-level solution overviews and/or demos.
    • Understand customers’ business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
    • Develop a pipeline by using the company’s sales methodology and processes.
    • Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
    • Managing accounts following closure for expanded sales

    Our Ideal Candidate

    Our good candidate would need to have the following key attributes:

    • 1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred
    • Experience selling SAAS products is required.

    Job Qualifications

    • Excellent Presentation skills.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
