    Partner Support Officer - Intern

    Job Description

    • Build sustainable communications for managing and supporting the company’s partners.
    • Manage the companies involved in the day-to-day of partner success
    • Oversee the activities of the partners on the platform in relation to the clients they service
    • Where applicable, prepare invoices to clients and ensure the timely payment of driver partners
    • Ensure partners’ understanding of the platform (expectation, payment, customer support, complaints, etc.)
    • Understand the various truQ applications for the daily achievement of trip automation for drivers and business partners
    • Where applicable, train and oversee the activities of Vehicle Sales
    • Representatives(VSRs) are attached to drivers under a particular business.
    • Coordinate reward activities for driver-partners
    • Ensure weekly updates of the business transaction sheet for report preparation.
    • Provide innovative ideas for better management of truQ’s business partners.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of HND educational qualification
    • Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
    • Proven customer service experience.
    • Strong interpersonal relationship management skills
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    Product Owner

    Job Overview

    • The Product Owner's responsibility is to gather data to develop ideas for new products and features, including curating ideas and deciding which ones are priorities and which ones are not.

    Job Responsibilities & Duties
    The responsibilities of the Product Owner are;

    • As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and success of our SaaS product.
    • Create product strategies for feature development and implementation.
    • The product owner will work with our engineering team to prioritize features, build roadmaps, and drive product launches and product adoption.
    • The product owner will collaborate with other units to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and maximize efficiency.
    • The product owner will need to define and organise the product by the backlog and write actionable user stories for the scrum team.
    • Cultivate relationships with SaaS partners and analyse bespoke feature requests.
    • Implement a streamlined feature and product launch process.

    Requirements and Experience

    • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of a 2.2 graduating grade
    • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience preferable in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to write product specifications and understand design concepts and principles
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
    • Experience in market research, data analysis, and development of product-market fit
    • Experience with developing a SaaS product is an advantage.

    Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • Identifying and gathering potential clients and possible income streams (Lead generation)

    • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company reaches its target businesses.

    Logistics Officer

    Details

    • We are looking to hire a LogisticsOfficer to help us drive truQ's B2B acquisition efforts.
    • Previous experience in FMCG, logistics or general supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.

    Job Description

    • Source, register, approve, train and onboard partners to the platform to service the different categories of customer segments
    • Handle drivers management for the supply chain companies and oversee the day-to-day activities of drivers
    • Ensure the registration of all drivers on the platform
    • Work with the PSO to manage the day-to-day operations of truQ partners from registration to payment
    • Ensure adequate availability of partners (vehicles) to service the different segments of truQ’s customers
    • Ensure and enforce partners' conformity with the laid down rules and regulations of the truQ platform.
    • Scout for partners in areas/states/cities based on expansion plans and demand on the platform
    • Handle and solve issues that will come up during registration, onboarding and in transit.
    • Collecting and analyzing data concerning client behaviour to understand changing needs

    Requirements and Skills

    Vehicle Onboarding Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding partners/ drivers.
    • Identify prospective partners/ drivers, engage, maintain, and follow up until the onboarding process is completed.
    • Achieve set targets of drivers to be onboarded.
    • Visit parks and communities to create awareness about truQ.
    • Serve as the first contact for new drivers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE academic qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
    • Ability to influence, and persuade drivers
    • Be able to relate with drivers in the various parks across each listed location
    • Candidates Should live in Ikeja, Mowe, Ibafo, Agbara, Ibadan and Abuja.
