Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Officer to manage our client's brandonline presence.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, growing our community, and tracking performance metrics to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design, copywrite, and produce high-quality, engaging visual and text content (images, videos, reels, stories, and graphics) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Channel Management: Plan and maintain a consistent monthly social media content calendar and schedule posts using automation tools.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
• Trend & Data Analysis: Monitor social media trends, track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), and compile monthly reports with actionable insights.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years commercial banking experience (mandatory).
• Candidate must be a female (mandatory)
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Technical Assistant within the banking sector, or possess banking operations experience as an Assistant Banking Officer (ABO), Banking Officer (BO), or Senior Banking Officer (SBO).
• Be capable of providing both technical and personal executive support to the Managing Director.
• Possess exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying potential clients through physical meetings with facility managers, company security units, calling, emails, networking, and market research.
• Negotiation & Closing: Discussing pricing and contract terms, overcoming objections, and finalizing sales.
• Relationship Management: Following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Pipeline & CRM Tracking: Logging daily sales activities, updating client records, and forecasting sales metrics.

• OND / HND / B.Sc. / M.Sc. qualification.
