Convert 2D and 3D AutoCAD information into solid models.
Perform processing area layouts and storage equipment layouts design using 3D AutoCAD.
Repair and troubleshoot problems with A/C units and plumbing (shower, sink toilets in the hotel )
Maintain all lighting for entire the complex as well as the fountains, HVAC equipment & all other electrical applications.
Perform FPGA verification and validation.
Mobilize enterprise-wide refrigeration, lighting, HVAC and retro-commissioning projects.
Support plant engineers in chronic and emergency troubleshooting.
Coordinate with networking team for proper IP address configurations and management.
Perform the tasks of establishing and maintaining corrective maintenance and emergency response services.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (curriculum covering power systems operations, planning and reliability, power generation and transmission, and distribution engineering).
Experience in the implementation of power generation, transmission, or distribution technologies.
Experience in implementing improvements in utility operations, including water and electricity loss reduction strategies, outages reduction, network quality improvements, etc.
Understanding of power systems analysis and modeling.
Knowledge of electricity markets and their operation.
Knowledge of water system operations, distribution and maintenance
Installing, troubleshooting and overhauling entire heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Measuring refrigeration or air conditioning components for installation
Working with hand and power tools to install refrigeration or air conditioning components
Measuring and cutting piping, and connecting piping using welding equipment
Testing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for leaks
Performing routine maintenance
Repairing and replacing components for entire heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Installing, maintaining and repairing equipment in refrigerated trucks
Preparing work estimates
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Requirements
Possess technical training certification in refrigerant transition and recovery or HVAC systems
Working experience maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, DX units, heat pumps, and chillers
Possess county air conditioning mechanic license or its equivalent
Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, crouching, push/pull objects, etc.
Ability to work with manual or power tools and operate motorized vehicles
Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended period of time
Ability to work outdoors in difficult conditions, including adverse weather conditions
Strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools, and materials typically applied in repairing and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment
Strong knowledge of the hazards involved in the occupation, and the safety precautions to take
Strong knowledge of the repair characteristics and mechanical operation of various types of air conditioning and refrigerating equipment
Ability to effectively file work orders and write reports
Strong ability and skill to quickly and correctly diagnose, locate, and fix defects in refrigeration and air conditioning systems/units and similar equipment
Strong ability to understand complex written and verbal instructions, as well as simple sketches and diagrams, and carry them out accurately
Strong knowledge of the practices and principles for effective preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
