Job Description

• Manage and maintain critical facility support equipment preventative maintenance schedules, remedial maintenance service and review of maintenance and service records.
• Convert 2D and 3D AutoCAD information into solid models.
• Perform processing area layouts and storage equipment layouts design using 3D AutoCAD.
• Repair and troubleshoot problems with A/C units and plumbing (shower, sink toilets in the hotel )
• Maintain all lighting for entire the complex as well as the fountains, HVAC equipment & all other electrical applications.
• Perform FPGA verification and validation.
• Mobilize enterprise-wide refrigeration, lighting, HVAC and retro-commissioning projects.
• Support plant engineers in chronic and emergency troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with networking team for proper IP address configurations and management.
• Perform the tasks of establishing and maintaining corrective maintenance and emergency response services.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (curriculum covering power systems operations, planning and reliability, power generation and transmission, and distribution engineering).
• Experience in the implementation of power generation, transmission, or distribution technologies.
• Experience in implementing improvements in utility operations, including water and electricity loss reduction strategies, outages reduction, network quality improvements, etc.
• Understanding of power systems analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of electricity markets and their operation.
• Knowledge of water system operations, distribution and maintenance
• Experience in leading or managing projects.
