    Physics Teacher

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
    • Prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
    • Monitor, assess, and report on students’ academic and behavioural progress.
    • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture conducive to learning.
    • Identify and support students with different learning needs or challenges.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
    • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and continuous professional development.
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
    • Enforce school policies, values, and behavioural expectations consistently.
    • Promote the development of 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and communication.

    Biology Teacher

    Responsibilties

    • Ensure that the front desk office/reception is kept at an acceptable level of cleanliness, neatness, and aesthetic attractiveness to always offer a pleasurable stay to visitors (internal and external)
    • Establish and maintain cordial human relations as necessary to ensure acceptable information exchanges.
    • Increase enrolment conversion by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, achieved by enrolling families in the academic session.
    • Work with the admission team to process of interviews/admissions as directed by the Head of School.
    • Employ a consultative phone sales approach to determine the individual needs of families and students.
    • Follow up with families who express interest in Corona Schools using email, outbound phone calls, and other methods of communication.
    • Maintain parents’ database in line with established procedures.
    • Preparation of letters and sending of emails to parents.
    • Giving periodic updates to parents about all relevant school programmes and activities.
    • Attend to all staff correspondence and handle all staff-related matters as directed by the HOS and the HR department.
    • Coordinate all graduation-related events.
    • Management of school’s social media account in conjunction with the school’s social media team and the central marketing team to project the school’s activities while ensuring clear communication and compliance with brand requirements.
    • Responsible for new customer prospecting and acquisition, enrolment drive, and utilizing corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within CSTC.
    • Manage Corona’s switchboard always ensuring regular maintenance and adequate funding in line with established processes.
    • Work with the Admission Team to implement the admissions process into the school.
    • Monitor term planner.
    • Attend to all administrative activities.
    • Typing and collation of examination questions.
    • Monitor the Trust Council’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
    • Monitor sales of admission form
    • Review and process application forms into the school.
    • Organise school tours for prospective parents.
    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned to carry out from time to time by the Head of School.
