    Junior Apartment Manager

    Job Description

    • Complete guest check-in and check-out according to company standards
    • Administrative Duties:
      • Develop check-in manuals and processes
      • Incident resolution
      • Manage the company’s listing accounts and booking calendar management
    • Assist in Agent, vendor and partner management
    • Assist in the day-to-day management of properties including periodic inspections
    • Assist in Inspecting properties, pre-guest check-in and post guest check out
    • Providing recommendations to guests for activities, restaurants,things to do etc
    • Assist in developing and managing strategies to ensure apartments attain a minimum occupancy of 90%

    Requirements

    • 0-1 year experience in property management, hospitality or similar experience
    • Effective communication and writing skills
    • Proficient use of Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other relevant software
    • Proven sales, negotiation and marketing skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Must live on the island

    Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate communications
    • Develop, implement and manage administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
    • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure that all administrative procedures, including procurement, record-keeping, and reporting, are executed accurately and promptly.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that administrative processes are integrated with organisational objectives.
    • Maintain records, create reports, and analyse data related to administrative activities.
    • Document all processes and ensure compliance.
    • Provide regular reports to the management on the status of operations and projects.
    • Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Male for gender balance​
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations management role.
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
