    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support in the development of graphical concepts for social media posts, websites & digital campaigns
    • Use graphics software i.e Photoshop, CorelDraw and Premiere Pro to develop colours, images, text style, and layout graphics for product illustrations, logos, videos and websites
    • Coordinating with vendors, art services, web designer, and overall marketing team as necessary
    • Oversee and take ownership of brand alignment and consistency across touchpoints while ensuring visibility of brand logo and representation
    • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
    • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements where necessary
    • Design and develop microsites, banners, video ads, and other electronic media
    • Update and reinvent static design assets into fresh animations

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
    • 3-4years experience as a graphic designer with demonstrable design skills
    • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
    • A strong eye and sense for visual composition
    • Effective time management skills, attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Depth of understanding of marketing and comms department, production, website design, brand and corporate identity, product packaging, ads, and multimedia design

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    Chief Financial Officer

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Drive the company’s financial planning
    • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
    • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
    • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
    • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
    • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
    • Manage vendor relationships

    Logistics Operations Manager

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of Terminal’s logistics business.
    • Maintain relationships with key personnel at all our carrier partners.
    • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
    • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
    • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
    • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
    • Identify new potential strategic carrier partners that improve the services provided to our customers.
    • Work with engineers to develop efficient management tools for day-to-day setup.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven working experience as a Logistics Operations / Accounts Manager.
    • Experience in providing customer service support
    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    • Proficiency in English
    • Working knowledge of management software, databases and tools
    • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
    • Ability to think strategically and to lead
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
