    Logistics & Facilities Manager

    Description

    • We are looking for an organised, process-driven Logistics & Facilities Manager to lead our project logistics operations and facilities management across the organization.
    • This is an entry-level management role responsible for ensuring materials reach project sites safely and on time, company facilities are managed efficiently, and a small operations team is held to clear standards.
    • The right person will be trained on our systems and grow into full operational ownership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Warehouse & Logistics team to execute material pick-up, transit, and site delivery across all customer warehouses and operating regions
    • Drive ERP and documentation discipline — real-time status updates, Delivery Note accuracy, chain of custody records, and proof of delivery uploads
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with project management and customer logistics teams in advance
    • Monitor logistics vendor performance; escalate and resolve delivery failures, discrepancies, and loss incidents with documented corrective action
    • Oversee company facilities across all locations — maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, leases, and access control
    • Manage all administrative procurement: office supplies, IT assets, consumables, and facilities-related contracts; maintain the company asset register
    • Track the combined logistics and facilities budget; process vendor invoices and flag variances
    • Produce monthly logistics performance and facilities status reports for management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management, or any related discipline
    • 0 – 3 years' experience in logistics, operations coordination, procurement, or administration (NYSC placement in a relevant function counts)
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing oversight
    • High documentation discipline; process-oriented and consistent
    • Good communication skills; comfortable coordinating across teams and with third-party vendors
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; willingness to learn ERP systems quickly
    • Occasional travel to warehouses and project sites required
    • Fresh graduates and recent NYSC completers are strongly encouraged to apply.

    QHSE Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a meticulous, field-ready QHSE Officer to support quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and environmental standards across our project sites and operations.
    • This is a role for someone who takes process and documentation seriously, is comfortable in the field, and wants to build a career in telecoms infrastructure quality management. Prior QHSE experience is not required — we will train you on our standards, client platforms, and inspection protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct pre-acceptance inspections of telecom sites covering civil works, fibre deployment, equipment installation, and RF parameters
    • Process and submit quality control documentation on client platforms.
    • Identify, document, and follow up on snag lists until full resolution and formal acceptance
    • Enforce health and safety standards on project sites; conduct toolbox talks and HSE inductions for field teams
    • Carry out incident reporting, near-miss documentation, and root cause analysis
    • Monitor environmental compliance during construction and installation activities
    • Maintain records of inspection results, non-conformances, corrective actions, and acceptance sign-offs
    • Provide technical support to field technicians during installation and commissioning activities
    • Produce periodic QHSE performance reports for project managers and senior leadership
    • Support preparation for client audits and internal quality reviews

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
    • 0 - 3 years experience in site engineering, quality control, HSE, or project coordination (NYSC field placement or site attachment counts)
    • ISO 9001, NEBOSH, ISPON, or equivalent HSE certification is an advantage — not required
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
    • Physically fit and willing to travel to project sites regularly (this is a field-heavy role)
    • Good analytical and report-writing skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with site management tools is a plus.
