    Technical Support Engineer, Stage 2

    • We’re seeking a customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer Stage Stage 2 to work on behalf of our client to resolve complex customer cases.
    • You will work with customers to resolve software issues, collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve, and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • This role is expected to provide quick and accurate support.

    Responsibilities

    • The Team provides world-class technical support to commercial and enterprise clients.
    • This is an experienced technical team who supports multiple products within the client's portfolio.
    • You’ll work as part of a highly collaborative team to solve intermediate and complex technical problems for medium and large companies.  

    This role will:

    • Communicate with end users/ system administrators/ solution integrators via phone, email, and/or chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their needs, as well as set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving the issue. 
    • Apply technical knowledge relevant to the solution using technical documentation to identify appropriate remediation steps, identify escalated urgent situations impacting business priorities, troubleshoot, reproduce customer issues in lab environments, and seek guidance from technical leads and subject matter experts as needed.
    • Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases. 
    • Maintain documentation for all cases including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes. 
    • Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.

    Qualifications
    The Team is a good fit for you if:

    • You’re technically proficient and have higher education classwork in IT or technical work, or experience with enterprise support.
    • You have experience with at least three (3) of Angular, React, .NET Core, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, GitHub Actions, REST API
    • You are familiar with software services such as Azure or AWS, Oracle and API Integration
    • You love technology, understand it, and are adept at using it. 
    • You’re proficient in both written and oral English. 
    • You enjoy solving complex technical issues. 
    • You’re customer-obsessed, take the initiative, and exceed expectations.

    In this role: 

    • 2 – 3 years of technical and customer support experience are required.
    • Good knowledge of API and programming language skills
    • Higher-level technical education is preferred. 
    • Relevant certifications are helpful
    • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
    • A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.

    IT Systems Administrator

    • We’re seeking an IT Systems Administrator Lead to lead and deliver complex security engagements for global enterprise clients across fintech, government, and critical infrastructure.
    • In this role, you will design and execute advanced security assessments, red team operations, and threat-informed audits.

    • Maintain and optimize all aspects of IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation.

    • Candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, virtual switches, storage, clustering, backups, and performance monitoring. They should also understand Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, PowerShell automation, patching, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery for virtualized environments.
    • Infrastructure & Security certification or relevant experience/knowledge is a requirement.
    • Other security certifications—CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, GCIH, OSCP, or related—are an advantage but not required.
    • ITIL v4 or ISO27001 experience is an advantage but not required.
    • Proficient in server administration, storage management, virtualization technologies, and cloud services (large-scale server infrastructures 500+ servers Windows/Linux).
    • Proficient in client OS administration (e.g., Windows/MacOS/Linux), MDM solutions, cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure/AWS/Google), and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft365/Google Workspace).
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and disaster recovery (multi-site / multi-region topologies with 1000+ network devices).
    • Experience with IT service management practices and tools.
    • Ability and experience to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, PaloAlto) is a plus.
    • Experience with DevOps Infrastructure Automation is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

    AI Enabled Quality Engineer

    • We are building an AI-Native Engineering team and are looking for Quality Engineers who use modern AI tools as a core part of how they design, execute, and automate testing.
    • Working as part of a team across multiple projects simultaneously, you will provide quality assurance support to designated software, organise and track incident response activities, and simplify audit and compliance work.
    • You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers across the full testing spectrum — database, unit, API, security, performance and UAT — to ensure that code is production-ready before it ships.

    • Use AI tools to identify defects, vulnerabilities, and performance issues earlier in the cycle
    • Critically evaluate AI-generated test artefacts and validate their correctness before use
    • Contribute to internal AI-assisted testing frameworks and reusable patterns

    Qualifications
    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar Quality Engineering or Software Testing role
    • Demonstrated experience in test case design, maintenance, and execution
    • Good theoretical knowledge of QA and software testing principles and the software development process
    • Specialisation in Computer Science or Software Engineering
    • Intermediate English, both written and oral.

    Technical Skills:

    • Experience with API testing
    • Experience with test automation
    • Familiarity with testing across multiple layers (database, unit, API, security, UAT)
    • Experience using a test management tool
    • AI & Automation Skills
