Overview

• We are building an AI-Native Engineering team and looking for Client Project Manager.
• This role is essential in ensuring successful project execution by coordinating teams, managing resources, and delivering client-focused solutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills to drive projects from initiation to completion while aligning outcomes with business objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives and track project costs to meet budget.
• Submit project deliverables, prepare status reports, and establish effective project communication plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans for multiple technologies and topics.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Anticipate and manage resources needed to reach objectives.
• Regularly supply project updates, reports, and dashboards about strategy, plans, and progress for stakeholders and clients.
• Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout execution of the project.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
• 3 – 5 years of project management and related experience are required.
• Flexible work hours are required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Agile project management knowledge are advantages.
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
• Strong familiarity is required with technology, learning management systems, and project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience seeing projects through their full life cycle is required.
• Organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
• A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
