    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
    • You will ensure accuracy of financial records, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management to support business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of patient and service payments
    • Oversee accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial documentation

    • As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening all HR functions within the clinic, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, performance management, and policy development.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, background verification, and employee documentation processes
    • Manage payroll, statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension), HMO enrollment, and employee benefits administration
