    Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Product Manager will develop, manage, and optimize financial products and services for the BDC (Bureau De Change) and other subsidiaries.
    • You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensure compliance with CBN regulations, enhance customer experience, and support the group’s strategic growth through innovative, revenue-generating solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BDC and subsidiary business lines, ensuring alignment with company strategy, market needs, and regulatory compliance.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
    • Gather customer insights and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new product opportunities, operational improvements, and customer pain points.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable product features and develop clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
    • Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and iterate to optimize user experience and satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in product management and Agile environments, with proven success in fintech or technology product launches.
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

    Job Summary

    • The Group Brands and Communications Officer will build, manage, and promote a consistent brand identity across all subsidiaries of the group.
    • The role encompasses corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, internal communications, and campaign management to ensure alignment of brand messaging across the BDC and other business units.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and implementing the group’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
    • Conduct brand audits and recommend initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
    • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications including press releases, CEO speeches, newsletters, and investor updates.
    • Coordinate media relations, monitor media coverage, and prepare press and sentiment analysis reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

    Compliance and Risk Officer

    Job Summary

    • As the Compliance and Risk Officer you will ensures that the Bureau De Change (BDC) operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other relevant bodies.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CBN, NFIU, EFCC, and other relevant local or international bodies.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance frameworks, including AML/CFT programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct regular internal compliance checks, audits, and risk assessments; maintain a comprehensive risk register.
    • Ensure customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and KYC processes are fully compliant and up to date.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, regulatory, reputational, and financial risks; develop mitigation strategies and internal control mechanisms.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or audit within a regulated financial institution or group structure, preferably a BDC.
    • Professional certifications in Compliance, AML (e.g., CAMS, CICA), or Risk Management are preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
