    Cashier Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Accurate sales using the point-of-sales Software provided
    • Cross-checking the POS to ensure goods machined are the same as goods being packed for customers
    • Correct reporting of sales with clear distinction of cash from cheques and others approved medium of payment.
    • Accurate delivery of daily sales to the manager or accountant on duty
    • Scanning items and explaining prices to customers
    • Keeping the checkout area, clean and orderly
    • Basic math and numerical skills
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer service skill /Attention to detail
    • Conflict management and problem-solving
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.

    Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the administration of floor staff / security
    • Marketing and Improvement of sales in whatever shelf you are assigned to cater for.
    • Appropriate and timely display of products meant for sale on your assigned units
    • Compilation and timely submission of a list of goods becoming due for restocking, this should be when stocks are not enough for two 2 weeks of sales.
    • Report of Goods that have less than 6 weeks to expire on your assigned shelf.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform internal audits of business operations, internal controls, and compliance.
    • Analyze data, trends, and patterns to identify irregularities, discrepancies, and potential fraud or misconduct, and make recommendations for corrective action.

    Sales Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support daily supermarketoperations

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for monthly report
    • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
    • Ensure accurate and appropriate documentation, of revenue and expenditures.
    • Analyse and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitment, and future revenue.
    • Prepare product by product Analysis reports for management use.
    • Credit control and debtor’s management control.
    • Attend to all regulatory authorities (including Taxes). LIRS ,FIRS , PAYE , PENSION.
    • Daily posting of accounting entries.
    • Prepare and post invoice for all sales (cash/Credit)
    • General ledger operations
    • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and supplier selection processes.
    • Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
    • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
