The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects — from initiation through to closure. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, coordination, and delivery capabilities across cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Job Details
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and report project progress, escalating issues, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the project at Steering Committee meetings, presenting progress updates, key risks, and change requests to ensure alignment with executive expectations.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification – PMP or equivalent (mandatory).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing end-to-end projects.
- Proven track record of successful delivery in construction, infrastructure, energy, or agriculture.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheets, Monday.com).

To support the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of cocoa beans by learning and assisting with core warehouse operations under supervision. The role provides hands-on training in inventory management, compliance, and warehouse best practices in line with quality, safety, and export standards.
Job Details
Warehouse Operations & Performance Tracking:
- Assist in the receipt, weighing, sorting, bagging, stacking, and dispatch of cocoa beans under supervision.
- Learn and follow daily warehouse routines and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Compliance, Audits & Regulatory Standards:
- Learn and adhere to all warehouse safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support compliance with food safety and internal standards (e.g., ISO).
- Report any potential risks, hazards, or non-compliance issues to supervisors.
Inventory & Document Control:
- Support in maintaining inventory records through accurate documentation.
- Assist in recording stock movements using provided templates or systems.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
Risk Management, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and report potential warehouse risks, including contamination, infestation, pilferage, and equipment failure.
- Implement preventive and corrective measures in collaboration with relevant teams to mitigate risks.
- Recommend and support initiatives for process improvement, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness within the warehouse.
Reporting & Communication:
- Submit daily activity updates and learning progress to the Warehouse Manager/Head, Warehouse Operations.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Education: OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or business-related field).
- Experience: Not required, but previous internship, industrial training or NYSC experience.
- Training: Will be provided in warehouse procedures, inventory handling, and safety compliance.
