The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects — from initiation through to closure. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, coordination, and delivery capabilities across cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Job Details

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report project progress, escalating issues, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Represent the project at Steering Committee meetings, presenting progress updates, key risks, and change requests to ensure alignment with executive expectations.

Requirements

• Project Management Certification – PMP or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Proven track record of successful delivery in construction, infrastructure, energy, or agriculture.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheets, Monday.com).
