    Marine Operation Services Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review vessel daily reports and address any issues with Contract Holders.
    • Prepare and issue Emergency Response Team (ERT) step-out requests for all vessel movements within Clients operations.
    • Communicate and coordinate vessel movement requests and SEV (Security Escort Vessel) support with the SOC.
    • Manage and resolve conflicts in business deliverables with minimal disruption.
    • Conduct end-of-month reviews of EFMS against daily reported fuel consumption andsupport reporting accuracy.
    • Prepare and maintain the daily Marine Ops vessel activity database and tracker.
    • Collaborate with the Marine Dashboard team to ensure vessel records align across business activities, including EPC and JUB vessels.
    • Monitor and coordinate operational demands for marine vessels within the clients project activities, including contractor and staff requirements.
    • Prepare endurance spreadsheets for vessel activity monitoring.
    • Oversee departure checks for vessels from onshore/offshorelocations.
    • Engage with relevant third-party vessel stakeholders as needed.
    • Participate in the Marine Duty Supervisor call-out rota to provide after-hours support when required.
    • Uphold the highest standards of HSSE in line with Clients policy, Marine MOPAG, and Group control Framework.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
    • At least 15 years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
    • Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years' sea-going experience at management level will also be considered.

    Marine Assurance Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide assurance support for Clients marine operations, collaborating with business partners in the planning and implementation phases to ensure adherence to HAZID recommendations.
    • Coordinate and oversee vessel assurance activities for clients EPC projects, and other related personnel, including both contractors and staff.
    • Manage trackers for vessels, operators, jetties, terminals, and supply bases, ensuring records are up-to-date.
    • Ensure all required Marine Assurance approvals are obtained prior to vessel use, with timely uploads to GMAS.Conduct MFE engagements with vessels, including onboard assessments with occasional overnight stays as needed.
    • Complete departure checks for all vessels at Clients locations, including Onne, Bonny, Forcados, Ogunu, and KI.Inspect mobile offshore drilling units, jack-up barges, and project barges for compliance with safety and operational standards.Review anchor patterns, mooring procedures, and vessel stability analysis to support safemarine operations.
    • Conduct onboard reviews of DP station-keeping trials and desktop reviews of DP vesselsFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) reports.Complete desktop reviews of nominated vessel documentation prior to onboard inspections.
    • Calculate offshore dynamic factors for heavy or critical lifts, including load-out procedures and sea fastening for equipment.
    • Perform in-service assurance reviews on contracted vessels to ensure ongoing compliance.Support HSE capability assessments for vessel operators.Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on vessel assurance requirements.
    • Conduct onboard verification of corrective actions following initial inspections or post-repair checks.
    • Assist the Marine Assurance team with investigating incidents involving marine operations.
    • Participate in the Marine Duty Supervisor call-out rota to provide after-hours support as needed.
    • Coordinate contractor call-offs for inspections and additional marine assurance activities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A minimum of Master Class1 or Chief Engineer Class1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.At least 15years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years mustbe sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.

    Marine Services Inspector

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct pre-mobilization inspections for a variety of offshore support vessels, including(but not limited to) jack-up barges, platform supply vessels, anchor handling tug & supplyvessels, personnel carriers, construction intervention vessels, dive support vessels, security escort vessels, barges, and flotels.
    • Inspect Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units and Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU) to ensure compliance with operational standards.
    • Provide marine representatives to oversee the movement of jack-up barges, MODUs, andother support vessels engaged by the company.
    • Perform onboard reviews and trials of DP station-keeping capabilities for vessels withdynamic positioning.
    • Conduct desktop reviews of DP vessels' Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), annual DP trial reports, and FMEA proving trial reports.
    • Review documentation of selected vessels before onboard inspections to verify compliance.
    • Perform regular operational assurance checks on all support vessels in use to confirm adherence to standards.
    • Support departure checks for all vessels leaving operating locations to ensure readiness and compliance
    • Conduct Marine Warranty Surveys and fuel consumption verification activities for support vessels.
    • Carry out onboard closeout verification for support vessels following initial inspections orafter repairs.
    • Assist the Marine Assurance team in investigating incidents related to marine operations.Provide support with the Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of vessel inspections.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
    • At least 15 years experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.

    Dynamic Positioning (DP) Assurance Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    Dynamic Positioning (DP) Assurance for vessels/ installations required to undertake Dp operations in clients operation:

    • Conduct a detailed review of DP documentation as outlined in DEP 37.90.10.32-Gen.
    • Evaluate all applicable DP systems and hardware in compliance with DEP 37.90.10.32-Gen requirements.
    • Prepare and issue the Activity Specific Operational Guideline (ASOG) and Statement of Verification (SOV) for each DP operation.
    • Monitor and reissue updated ASOG and SOV documents as needed, especially following changes to DP system configurations, equipment modifications, or findings from annual DP trials.
    • Review and update ASOG and SOV following any red or yellow alerts, ensuring the ASOG reflects any necessary adjustments to DP system configurations.
    • Assist in the review, follow-up, and closeout of DP-related incidents, supporting the vessel's timely return to DP operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A minimum of Master Class1 or Chief Engineer Class1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.At least 15 years experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.

    Marine Safety Advisory Service Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with maritime contractors and contract holders to develop and implement HSSE performance improvement plans.
    • Conduct monthly reviews to assess effectiveness, provide feedback to the Logistics and HSE Management Team, and coordinate necessary corrective actions with contractors and stakeholders.
    • Organize dedicated Marine HSE meetings with marine contractors, ensuring timely documentation and distribution of minutes, with follow-up actions tracked to closure.
    • Monitor contractors' safety KPIs and participate in contractor Business Performance Reviews.
    • Provide support for safe and efficient marine operations at supply bases, including but not limited to Kidney Island, Ogunu, Onne/LADOL, Forcados, and Bonny Terminals.
    • Contribute to achieving Maritime HSSE performance and "Goal Zero" objectives by actively engaging in the Goal Zero Improvement Program.):
    • Conduct ROVSP sessions to coach front line vessel staff on Clients safety culture, facilitate learning from incident sessions, and promote the UA/UC (Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition) culture among crew members to enhance safety awareness.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Class 2 Deck or Engineer Officer (Unlimited) certificate of competency with 5 years sailing experience on offshore vessels at management level or B.Sc or HND in a related maritime field with more than 10 years shore-based experience in maritime safety.

    Mid-Level Inspection Service Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct pre-mobilization inspections for offshore non-Dynamic Positioning (DP) support vessels to ensure readiness for operations.
    • Carry out in-service inspections of support vessels to verify compliance with safety and operational standards.
    • Implement pre-mobilization safety inductions for vessels mobilizing to operational locations, ensuring all crew are aware of safety protocols.
    • Assist with close-out inspections of support vessels to ensure all requirements are met before demobilization.
