    Medical Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting medical examinations and assessments of patients.
    • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
    • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and MRIs.
    • Prescribing medications and other treatments as necessary.
    • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

    Facility Maintenance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain, repair, and service hospital mechanical, electrical, and technical systems
    • Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems, generators, water treatment, and plumbing systems
    • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis of hospital facilities and equipment
    • Respond promptly to technical breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues
    • Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new medical and non-medical equipment
    • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and servicing
    • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hospital
    • Support power management, backup systems, and uninterrupted service delivery
    • Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
    • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to minimize downtime and disruption.

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
    • 3–7 years’ experience in hospital, healthcare, or facility engineering (preferred)
    • Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical troubleshooting skills
    • Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance is an advantage
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a dedicated personal driver to management staff, while remaining available to support hospital transportation needs when necessary.
    • Ensure timely pickup and delivery of medical supplies, laboratory samples, documents, and equipment.
    • Be readily available to drive staff or patients whenever the need arises, including emergency or short-notice assignments.
    • Assist patients courteously during entry and exit from the vehicle when required, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    • Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations, safety standards, and hospital driving policies at all times.
    • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when transporting management staff, patients, and sensitive materials.
    • Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, tyres) before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
    • Ensure hospital vehicles are kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.
    • Promptly report vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authority and follow hospital reporting procedures.
    • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
    • Support emergency transportation needs as required, including after-hours, weekend, or on-call duties.
