    Sales Team Lead (Automobile)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving vehicle sales performance by leading, supervising, and motivating the sales team. The role focuses on achieving revenue and volume targets, improving conversion rates, managing pipelines, and ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process.
    • The Sales Team Lead also plays a key role in coaching sales agents, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

    • Drive the team to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
    • Monitor revenue, unit sales, margins, and profitability.
    • Track performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure strong pipeline management and deal closures.
    • Identify sales opportunities across models, segments, and territories.

    Team Leadership & Supervision:

    • Lead, coach, and supervise sales executives / field agents.
    • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
    • Motivate the team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
    • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.

    Sales Process & Discipline:

    Customer Relationship & Experience:

    • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.

    • Support key client negotiations when required.
    • Promote long-term customer retention and referrals.

    Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand.
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns and promotions.

    Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

    • Prepare sales performance reports for management.
    • Track KPIs including:
      • Units sold
      • Revenue generated
      • Conversion rates

    • Analyze performance gaps and recommend strategies.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum Qualification: HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Experience: 4–7 years in automobile sales
    • Prior leadership / supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of vehicle sales cycles
    • CRM / ERP familiarity (D365, SAP, etc.)

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for the 2-Wheeler (2W) vehicle business line.
    • This role combines brand management, product marketing, and market intelligence to drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and business growth.
    • You are required to be commercially savvy, understand both B2B (dealer and distributor) and B2C (retail/end-consumer) marketing dynamics, and can translate technical product value into compelling brand stories.

    Key Roles / Responsibilities
    Brand Strategy & Positioning:

    • Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen the market positioning of 2W vehicles across target rider segments (commercial/commuter, personal, and corporate/fleet buyers).
    • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints (advertising, showroom/dealer branding, digital platforms, trade events, and sales materials).
    • Monitor and evaluate brand health, perception, and market share within the 2W category.

    Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

    • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to increase brand awareness and drive 2W sales conversions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to design trade promotions, dealer activation programs, test-ride events, and consumer engagement activities.
    • Track campaign performance and ROI using relevant metrics.

    Product Marketing & Market Development:

    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities within the 2W segment.
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to align marketing efforts with model availability, pricing, financing options, and specifications.
    • Develop go-to-market and launch strategies for new 2W models and variants, and coordinate end-to-end implementation.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, and operations) to ensure marketing initiatives are business-aligned.
    • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, creative vendors, and the dealer/distributor network for co-branded activities.

    Digital Marketing & Communication:

    • Drive brand engagement through social media, content marketing, and digital advertising targeted at 2W buyers.
    • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, product videos, test-ride content, and educational content on vehicle features, usage, and maintenance for online and offline channels

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for driving and strategic Government, Institutional & Corporate Sales. lead our B2B and public sector sales initiatives in Nigeria's dynamic automotive industry.
    • This role requires deep market knowledge, strong networks within government and corporate sectors, and a consultative sales approach to drive fleet and bulk vehicle sales across key segments.

    Key Roles / Responsibilities
    Strategic Sales & Market Development:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting government parastatals, MDAs, NGOs, multinationals, and large Nigerian corporations.
    • Monitor and respond to tender opportunities, bid processes, and public procurement frameworks.
