We are Real Estate and Facility Management Company we are recruiting for the following vacant positions in our Lagos Office for immediate placement.

Head of Technical Services

Qualification:  Degree in relevant field

Experience:  minimum of 10 years

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programmes.
•  Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management. Manage  and organize facility staff activities
• Lease/Facility Management
• Carry out regular verification exercise.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for routine electrical and mechanical work orders as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Investigate complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action.
• Carry out regular inspection and evaluation of the facilities to ensure that all equipments and other facilities are working properly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly Facility Management reports
• Track and report critical Real Estate and Facilities matters to director

Competence:

• Must have experience in power distribution
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must have knowledge of facility management.
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of electronic engineering codes
• Ability to write technical reports and documentation

 Qualification:  OND in relevant field

Experience:  minimum of 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered.
• Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment.
• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts.
• Remove, relocate, repair, install and test electrical equipment (e.g. switches, conduit wiring, receptacle lights, circuits, etc.) to maintain electrical power in DPS building and structures, detect short and defective connections and restore operation of non-functioning equipment.
• Analyze electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and install, repair, calibrate services or replace electrical devices and systems to prevent overload.
