    Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer (PIDO) - Bayelsa

    Job Description

    • The Partnership Inventory Dispatcher Officer will be responsible for the End-to-End management of inventory/products distributed to partners and ensuring seamless disbursement and delivery to partnership branches within the state.
    • This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and logistical skills to ensure that all inventory-related operations align with company objectives on partnership sales targets and partner expectations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Dispatch / Distribution Operations:

    • Effectively Plan product disbursement strategies across assigned branches based on route mapping to achieve distribution cost effectiveness and prompt product availability
    • Coordinate and ensure products dispatched across various branches are in good conditions.
    • Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
    • Track deliveries and provide regular status updates to relevant parties.

    Partnership Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for branches assigned and other partners concerning product deliveries and inventory queries.
    • Ensure all partners receive timely updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and stock levels.
    • Attend union meetings regularly to sensitize partners and customers on product offerings
    • Interface regularly with Branch Managers (BMs) and CSOs to ensure speedily sales and remittance of funds to company’s account.
    • Maintain good rapport with branch executives and excos to maximize result

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of products disbursed to partnership branches.
    • Regularly update inventory databases to reflect stock movements, deliveries, and returns (Defectives) across branches assigned.
    • Conduct routine stock audits and reconciliations with branches to ensure accountability and minimize discrepancies.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for inventory dispatch, including delivery notes, receipts, and branch confirmations.
    • Maintain an accurate record of products disbursed to branches and regularly confirm inventory balances.
    • Generate periodic reports on stock levels, dispatch activities, and partner performance metrics.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, delayed deliveries, or partner complaints.
    • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks in the inventory and dispatch process across branches.
    • Work closely with the engineering department to ensure faulty products are speedily repaired and returned to branch.

    Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure that all inventory and dispatch activities comply with company policies, standards and directives.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related field.
    • Experience: At least 4 years relevant experience in partnership/Retail sales and management, inventory management, logistics planning, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent Reporting skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for accurate reporting.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of location landscape and route mapping.
    • Willingness to travel within the state as required.
    • Must have high integrity Level and honesty in discharge of duties.
    • Must know how to drive with a valid driver’s license.

    Salary
    N100,000 Monthly gross basic salary with incentive on products sold by location branches.

    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • As the Sales Manager, under the supervision of the National Sales Manager (NSM) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be the company’s senior
    • sales representative in the stateand take accountability for overall business performance in the territory to achieve the company’s sales goals along defined metrics.
    • Develop and execute the company’s business plan, including sales targets and form strategic relationships with key customers, Partnerships, government, and other stakeholders.

    Responsibilities
    Sales and Distribution:

    • Accountable for overall sales/business performance in the region by ensuring that sales team targets are met.
    • Assist sales officers in regularly onboarding new partnership branches (LAPO &GROMMING), distributors, and dealers to increase the company’s market share.
    • Ensure product availability in all locations and outlets by monitoring inventories and ensuring prompt delivery.
    • Maintain a hitch-free delivery to the customers and sales team across various locations/outlets and strive to resolve complaints within 24 hours if they arise.
    • Monitor stock levels of dealers, distributors, and partners for prompt replenishment, to avoid stock-outs.
    • Carry out proper planning and coordination of all marketing events/promotions to create awareness, enhance sales volume and achieve desired results.
    • Manage the company’s retail outlets and a direct sales team to drive sales output within the coverage region.
    • Supported sell-out activities in specialized trade and dealer outlets.

    Monitoring and Supervision:

    • Monitor and supervise the activities of all sales officers and Partnership sales officers.
    • Analyze all sales reports and data by the sales officers to ascertain their authenticity, strengths, and weaknesses.
    • Work with the NSM and management to create and establish well-researched processes, standard operations and policies in the sales department.

    Planning and Strategy:

    • Develop and execute the marketing and sales plan, including sales targets and form strategic relationships with key customers, and stakeholders.
    • Lead development and implementation of the Trade Marketing strategies to achieve defined business growth and objectives across all sales channels.
    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the company’s offerings to its target market.
    • Use market research capabilities to plan for and implement an appropriate approach based on the understanding of the organization's target market and competitors.

    Reporting:

    • Ensure prompt submission of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports by all Sales officers and incorporate the same in the regional reports.
    • Review each sales report submitted along defined metrics and advise management on best strategies and practices to ensure sales performance.
    • Gather market intelligence and provide market insight to other Sales/Marketing teams and management to shape winning marketing programs and initiatives.

    Management:

    • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews of all sales team members in the region.
    • Manage the company’s sales officers and the outlets (partnerships) to drive sales output.
    • Motivate regional staff by leading through example, resolving conflicts, and driving business performance.

    Other Essential Duties :

    • Identify the training needs of the sales officers and ensure timely and routine training exercises.
    • Work closely with the management to drive pricing activity of all products in line with current economic realities.
    • Drives available marketing resources and uses those resources appropriately and as needed.
    • Drive improvement of customer satisfaction and solve elevated customer issues in relation to product.
    • Recommends marketing process changes that will improve Organizational Productivity.
    • Represent and promote the company’s image in the industry and Region.
    • Maintain a hitch-free delivery to the customers within the region and strive to resolve complaints within 24 hours if they arise.

    Requirements
