• We are seeking an innovative and driven business development manager to join our growing team.
• Build client engagements by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and strategies to address the needs of targeted prospective clients (Federal and state governments, public and private companies and individuals).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present proposals for IT projects.
• Develop and test unique marketing and advertising strategies for the IT industry.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing a user-friendly feedback system.
• Brainstorm with management and the software development team to identify IT solutions and services that would appeal to new clients.
• Keep records of contacts/leads and revenue.
• Develop trainees into valuable salespeople.
• Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.
• Attend networking events.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience and track record as a business development Specialist in an IT company or a similar role.
• Great networking skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player with good negotiation skills.
• Possession of analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable in both leadership and team-player roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).

Preferred Candidate:

• Career Level: middle level.
• B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, marketing or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience as a business development Specialist.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for our IT projects and operations.
• Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Collect, analyze and validate business or user requirements. Act as an interface between the end-users, development team and technical support team.
• Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• Perform quality assurance. Execute test scenarios and test scripts.
• Prepare hardware and software requirement specifications.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project.
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
• Produce all IT project documentation.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages would be a plus.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge in process modelling and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver efficient results on time.

Preferred Candidate:

• Career Level: middle level.
• A degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in business analysis.
