    Receptionist

    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately
    • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
    • Receiving and sorting daily mail
    • Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone
    • Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.
    • Schedules appointments for patients
    • Performs clerical and administrative tasks
    • Prepares medical files and reports
    • Maintains and keeps patient information confidential

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

    Nutritionist / Dietician

    Description

    • We are currently looking for Nutritionist/Dietician professionals to join our team on this amazing journey to change the narrative by fighting women's reproductive health challenges through healthy diets and lifestyle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interacting with clients via social media and physically, and identifying their dietary needs by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits.
    • Developing and helping implement personalized nutrition plans for clients.
    • Offering advice on how to stay healthy and providing support to help clients with their progress.
    • Overseeing the meal plan for the optimal results for women's health.
    • Simplifying important information for clients and explaining the benefits of staying on a healthy diet.
    • Helping establish short and long-term goals.
    • Ensuring that you stay updated on the latest nutritional diets and trends.
    • Teaching and coaching colleagues and other health specialists about nutrition through articles and group seminars.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or a relevant field with 0-3 years experience.

    Chef

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meal preparation.
    • Prepare meals according to dietary needs
    • Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
    • Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish and poultry and other foods as requested
    • Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling of utensils, equipment and dishes
    • Handle, store and manage ingredients and food
    • Ensure ingredients are fresh
    • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
    • Be willing to learn new recipes
    • Monitor and manage stock
    • Always wear assigned uniform
    • Perform ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • The candidate must have undergone catering courses, (Diploma / Degree) with a minimum of 4 - 5 years experience as a professional Chef.
    • The desired candidate must be in absolute control of all the kitchen affairs.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • The ideal candidate must be organized and pay attention to details.
