Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Inspects facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Installs, tests, and calibrates new equipment or systems as needed
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Requirements
