    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while growing the business
    • Grow business through the development of new leads
    • Identify and make proposition on new revenue opportunities
    • Building business relationships with potential clients
    • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
    • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
    • Developing and presenting proposals customised for each client’s specific business needs
    • Assist with marketing and promotional projects
    • Collaborate with management to develop sales plan and budget
    • Work with account managers to ensure client satisfaction
    • Work with social media team to devise best strategy for digital marketing
    • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
    • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
    • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • A relevant working experience of two years and above is expected 

    Additional Information

    • Strong track record of success within sales
    • Strong entrepreneurial drive
    • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM(Credit Risk Management) tools would be a plus
    • Candidate must be residing in Benin City, Edo State.

    Online Course Facilitators

    Job Description

    Applicant would be responsible for drawing up and developing  course curriculum and contents that should be easily adoptable and understood by the student. These course curriculum would be synthesized and structured based on current trends of knowledge and ethical revolutions as it pertains to individual growth trends and developmental cycle.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in facilitation, training, or related fields is a major criterial for selection.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in group dynamics and facilitation techniques.
    • Ability to adopt and fashion topics/courses based on different group dynamics and personality preferences.
    • Organizational and time management abilities.
    • Adaptability and flexibility.
    • Proficiency in using various facilitation techniques and tools.
    • Knowledge of the subject matter (depending on the context).
    • Degree in a relevant field (As documented in course content).

    Interested candidates must 

    • Have good I.T skills.
    • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently.
    • Be very organized, composed and have strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess up to date and high understanding of subject matter.
