    Job Brief

    • This role is for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports.
    • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
    • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
    • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Participating in sales team meetings.
    • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
    • Develops Marketing & Sales strategy that will identify and open up new channels for the company.
    • Contact and ensure to qualify identified prospects, leads, and suspects from established marketing campaigns plus current business partner relations.
    • Assists in the preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections along with pipeline reports.
    • Performs constant follow–up on Prospects & Sales Leads.

    • Submit daily and monthly reports on marketing activities including details of New Leads, Sales, Sales to Lead ratio.

    • Sales Pipeline Management: regularly update and progress opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing Executives will be directly responsible for the Management of all the online presence of the company i.e website, online ads, PPC Campaigns, Social Media, Google ads, etc.

    Job Description

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, Google AdWords, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize speed and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
    • Ability to measure report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
    • Ability to supervise, build, and implement all digital marketing strategies within the organization. The Digital marketer is responsible for converting website visits into sales and introducing special deals.
    • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
    • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
    • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
    • Amplify and maintain a solid online presence across all of the Company’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok and YouTube, etc.)

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Minimum of HND in Marketing, Sales, IT-related field
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • A minimum of 2 years sales/ marketing experience
    • Candidate must be social media savvy, possess good customer skills, and ability to sell and convince clients
    • Strong planning and people management skills
    • Knowledge of social media management tools
    • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
    • Practical knowledge in the use of Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw is an added advantage
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • the candidate must demonstrate extensive social media experience
    • The individual must have a keen eye and great attention to detail
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a MUST.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N90,000 Monthly, depending on experience.
