    Multimedia Production Manager

    Description

    • We’re seeking a professional who can lead and manage multimedia production workflows, oversee projects from concept to delivery, and inspire creative excellence across our production team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, manage, and oversee multimedia production projects (film, digital content, commercials, documentaries, branded content, etc.).
    • Coordinate cross-functional creative teams (videographers, editors, animators, designers, sound engineers).
    • Supervise the technical and creative process from pre-production through post-production.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
    • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators.
    • Introduce innovative approaches and emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, MR, etc.) into the production pipeline.
    • Maintain and manage multimedia equipment, software, and studio assets.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in multimedia/film/digital production management.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency with industry-standard production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
    • Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering high-quality productions.
    • Strong creative vision with the ability to execute complex projects.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations/Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Studio.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business processes, manage administrative functions, and support our creative and technical teams in delivering projects on time and at the highest standard.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations, administration, and logistics.
    • Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and systems.

    • We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
