Responsibilities
Key Result Area 1 - Technical support to Business Development & Maintenance Services:

• Assist the Business Proposal Management & Orders with technical inputs on quotations for in-house engineering works
• Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasingPlans, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Preparation of documentation and SLA agreement for customers
• Perform Engineering Field Surveys
• Respond to request for POCs, design and meeting with clients to aid business success

Key Result Area 2 - Installation & Project Management:

• Prepare Project/contract ’s bill of materials and cost-estimates
• Supervise Contract/Project’s implementation and Processes
• Monitor project implementation towards achieving the desired design goals
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between subcontractors during construction.
• Carry out installation of Telecommunications systems and allied products.
• Assist in the receipt and review of all submittals.
• Log and post all changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of change work order.
• Assist in the installation of in-house engineering work.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of all subcontractors and others involve in contract execution
• Understand contracts, drawings, Specification and Scope of work; its impact on the contract and systematic and rational solutions to complete the required task effectively and time

Key Result Area 3 - Third Party Management:

• Attend to customer inquiries, identifying their needs & request etc. with a view to guide them to choose our solution in meeting their needs.
• Search for new products and carry out product technical presentation and documentaions
• Attend to duties as assigned by line MGR relating to maintenance of and Support of Telecommunications systems
• Ensure options are available for client consideration and customer’s needs are satisfied
• Timely and workable Bill of materials with proportionate cost-estimate with respect to the defined scope of work/client’s requirement with cost effectiveness.
• Provide adequate information to aid an appropriate, adequate and robust engineering design to meet up client’s requirement adequately and effectively

• Responsible for preparing monthly and revised weekly cash forecasts

• Timely processing of documents for foreign transactions (Form M, A, D, Letters of Credit etc).

Job Summary

• Responsible for the planning and execution of mid & long-term channel strategy for the Power Unit within the assigned territory.

Key Result Area 1 - Sales to allocated territory:

• Responsible for total sales results (of all Lines of Business) and (Customer Services) of PPC ICT products and solutions / services within the assigned territory.
• Responsible to develop and implement effective growth strategies that would profitably increase the volume and value of product lines being sold and services being offered by the ICT division and other inter Business unit offerings where applicable within the territory of coverage.
• Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month.
• Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory
• Participate and drive the yearly performance review, target setting, sales plan preparation and timely contract renewal with each Key Account within the Assigned territory
• Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure growth

Key Result Area 2 - Partner Relationship Management:

• Building, managing, and leveraging relationships with partners.
• To liaise with all PPC partners (OEMs) for technical and commercial information, pricing and training on all new products. Ensure optimal use of the OEMs channel partner available tools.

• Responsible for Product positioning, territory / account management and Product specialty
• Explore , Develop and Maintain strategic relationship with key accounts within the territory under the
• guidance of the Head of the ICT BU and or Territory/Regional Manager
• Negotiate with potential Accounts / Customers, Channel Partners special deals, pricing, timing, service compensation in line with PPC policy with Guidance by the General manager
• Maintain a healthy data base of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of such accounts within the territory

Key Result Area 4 - Business Development:

• Provide input for the region and national business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behavior, potential projects and other relevant business information
• Develop and maintain up to date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within assigned territory and report same promptly.
• Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the Direct and Indirect sales channel based on customer needs synchronized with the PPC Medicals Strategic Plan

Job Purpose

• The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
• The role serves as a critical link between the HR and Finance departments, ensuring that all employees are compensated correctly and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, overtime, and leave records from HR and line managers before payroll runs.
• Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE (Personal Income Tax), pension contributions, National Housing Fund (NHF), and other applicable levies.
• Ensure timely remittance of all statutory deductions to relevant government agencies (PENCOM, NHF, NSITF, etc.) within stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, employee salary data, and deduction schedules in the HRIS or payroll software.
• Prepare and distribute pay-slips to all employees every pay cycle.
• Handle payroll queries from employees professionally and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and finance review.
• Support internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Monitor and implement updates to payroll processes in response to changes in tax laws, pension regulations, and minimum wage legislation.
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, exits, promotions, salary adjustments, and other changes that affect payroll.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all payroll information and employee financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and other statutory filings related to employee compensation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.

Job Specification

• Education - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
