    Job Description

    The Gender Specialist will ensure gender-sensitive research approaches, integrates gender perspectives into data analysis, and provides recommendations to promote equity and inclusion.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure all programmes, policies, and interventions incorporate gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches in design, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

    • Demonstrated ability to ensure data quality assurance, compliance with ethical standards, and adherence to institutional review board (IRB) requirements.

    About the Role

    The Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor will lead the development and monitoring of project indicators, assess progress, and evaluate outcomes to ensure the project’s goals are met.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and operationalization of the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework, ensuring alignment with organizational and donor requirements.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), logical frameworks (logframes), and data management systems that measure progress toward project outcomes.
