    Team Lead - Sales and Marketing

    Job Description

    • A Sales and Marketing Team Lead or Head are responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of an organization including advertising and public relations.
    • These activities affect the direction and goals ofbusiness especially for a startup company and must also have a bacground from hotel, hospitality and tourism sector.
    • He/She must have working experience and knowledge of managing big corporate clients, group bookings, leisure business, travels and tours, government departments and agencies.

    Responsibilities

    • Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas
    • Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments
    • Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
    • Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews
    • Research competitors’ products/services
    • Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
    • Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
    • May perform duties of Sales Managers as well
    • The sales and marketing Team Lead is also responsible forleading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company.
    • They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.

    • Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
    • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
    • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
    • Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
    • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
    • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
    • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.

    • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
    • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

    Contact Centre Agent - Sales / Customer Service

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating Monthly payroll
    • Overseeing day to day operations of the call centre
    • Monitoring attendance and promptness
    • Troubleshooting technical glitches or mishaps.
    • Ensuring quiet hours and work etiquette is observed.
    • Escalating all issues to the directors
    • De-escalating conflicts in a timely manner.

    Backend Developer

    Summary/Objective

    • We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong proficiency in WordPress and Laravel. Experience with Flutter is a plus.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, working closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Laravel.
    • Customize and extend functionalities of WordPress-based websites.
