    Copywriter

    Job Summary

    • The Copywriter will create clear and concise copies and interpret client briefs through engaging scripts using industry-standard tools and software, as well as manage the online presence of our agency.
    • Has to be someone who is very digital and tech-savvy, a self-starter, is a team-spirited, skilled and an imaginative writer with an eye for detail.
    • Candidate should be innovative and likes to come up with out of the box copy and can grasp project requirements quickly.

    Job Responsibilities
    The key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Interpreting copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
    • Creating and implementing organic social media and content advertising strategies
    • Ideating and implementing digital advertising strategies for client campaigns.
    • Implementing SEO strategies and best practices for our brand and our clientТs
    • Adapting the points from a creative brief into persuasive copy and juggling multiple projects, typically with short deadlines.
    • Using SEO principles to maximize copyТs reach
    • Building strong clientТs relationships through social media interaction
    • Ensuring copy is relevant and modern, and understanding how people will react to proposed writing.
    • Liaising with Design and editors to determine tone and brainstorm ideas, for advertising to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
    • Identifying advertising needs and establish best practices in Advertising strategies
    • Keeping up with digital technologies developments and audience preference.

    Job Requirements

    • 5+ years proven work experience as a Copywriter or a related role
    • Demonstratable understanding of and experience with SEO, as well as Content creation
    • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    • Ability to write for various mediums, such as print, web, radio, and television.
    • Have Solid Understanding of Programmatic Advertising Channels

    Senior Litigation Lawyer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation and presentation of cases.
    • Gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
    • Examining legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
    • Advising clients of the legal and business implications of proposed transactions, anticipating legal and contractual concerns and devising strategies to resolve them.
    • Providing expert advice on Joint Ventures and other partnership arrangements and be capable of drafting all relevant documentation.
    • Conducting and concluding contractual negotiations on behalf of various clients.
    • Liaising with lawyers in other parts of Legal or elsewhere in the Group to ensure a coordinated input of legal advice to the client.
    • Maintaining effective working relationships with key clients.
    • Protecting the company interests, by ensuring all necessary checks and investigations are undertaken (e.g. undertaking all necessary due diligence/disclosure exercises as appropriate).

    Job Requirements

    • A good academic qualification with at least a second class upper degree from a recognized university and the Nigerian Law School. Relevant post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
    • 8+ years active experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution
    • Relevant post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to handle complex litigation cases, such as trials at the State and Federal High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and confirmation on the number of cases concluded or appeals argued.
    • Strong legal ability, a practical commercial approach and excellent drafting and communication skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    • Must have experience in capital market transactions and experience in drafting related documentation.
    • Conversant with preparing documents for capital market transactions e.g. legal documents for capital market transactions.
    • Team-working ability.
    • Ability to meet up with deadlines.
    • Ability to work without supervision.
